Cancellation & refunds
SIMPLE AND FAIR
Plans change. Here is how it works.
Every booking comes with free cancellation, as long as you let us know in time.
LAND TOURS
Segway, e-bike, kick scooter, bicycle and go-kart tours: cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour time for a refund.
WAKE SURFING & WAKEBOARDING
Private boat charters: cancel at least 10 days before your booking date for a refund.
WEATHER
If conditions are not safe, your captain or guide will move you to another time or date.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a reservation?
Yes. All tours and boat charters are by reservation only, so we are not able to take walk-ins. Book online for instant confirmation, or message us on WhatsApp at +52 998 318 1235, even last minute.
What if the weather is bad?
Cancún weather is usually on our side. If conditions are not safe, your guide or captain will decide whether to delay or move your tour, and we will find you another time or date.
Is there a minimum age?
Segway tours are for ages 6 to 99, and go-kart drivers must be 8 or older. For other activities, message us on WhatsApp and we will help you pick the right fit for your group.
Are there any extra fees?
Water activities have a $10 USD per person dock fee, paid on the day. Tips for your guide, captain and instructor are not included and are always appreciated.
