Ride Cancún's Hotel Zone on a brand-new electric bike with one of our local guides. It's a city tour and a jungle tour in one, right in the heart of the Hotel Zone. Cruise palm-lined paths with views of the turquoise Caribbean and the Nichupté Lagoon, then turn down hidden trails most visitors never see. Keep an eye out for wildlife along the way, like crocodiles and black vultures in their natural habitat, always from a safe distance! It's a great way for anyone staying in Cancún, the Riviera Maya or Playa del Carmen to explore the city.
The e-bikes do most of the work, so it's easy and fun for anyone 7 and up, and people of all ages love it. Your guide is super personable and a true local, and we even stop for ice cream along the way (bring a little cash, it's really good!). E-BIKE TOUR FAQ
Is it hard to ride an e-bike?
No. Our e-bikes are comfortable and easy to ride, and the electric assist does most of the work. Every tour starts with a quick lesson. Riders must be 7 or older.
How long is the Cancun e-bike tour and how much does it cost?
The tour is 1.5 hours and costs $64 USD per person, tax included. Use code SAVE10 for 10% off.
Where does the e-bike tour start?
At Marina Kaybal, Blvd. Kukulcan km 3.5 in the Hotel Zone. Meet your guide outside at the front of the BLUE store, by the security guards near the boat ramp (no need to go inside). Across from Temptation Hotel, next to Starbucks.
What should I wear?
We recommend closed-toe shoes, but sandals are fine too (we know a lot of people don't pack sneakers on vacation). Sunglasses and sunscreen are suggested but not required. Helmets are provided, and we have water for you in our store before and after your tour. Just bring yourselves and get ready to have a great time!
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Free cancellation with a full refund up to 24 hours before your tour. If we cancel for bad weather, you get a new date or a full refund.
